Modern cottage in historic East Hill

Tucked away in our shady backyard, this 600 square foot cottage is located in one of Pensacola's oldest neighborhoods with quaint homes and lots of parks. (bring your running shoes) It is conveniently located to the airport (5 miles), downtown Pensacola (3 miles), and our beautiful white sand beaches (8 miles). 😊 Bridge is now open!! We love our new Publix grocery store, just three blocks away!

Great vacation
Carolyn and Ray are perfect hosts. We’ve been staying here for 5 years. We look forward to it every year. Close to local restaurants/bars/shopping. Short drive to the beach area. The cottage is comfortable and relaxing. You could not go wrong staying here.

Amazing people and location
We loved this cottage and had a fantastic time. It was set up nicely with many thoughtful touches. There were several things that we didn't think we'd need but were very thankful that they had. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed many things from a bike ride through the neighborhood to chilling out by a creek in north Okaloosa county. All in all a great stay. Thank y'all so much!

Ray and I downsized and moved to the East Hill in 2000 and love the convenience and charm of this neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

Note the word downsize. I love our 1921 Craftsman bungalow but the house is small-especially when family comes to visit. We downsized a bit too much so we built the small cottage in the background for overflow company. This has worked out well since they get their privacy and we have a retreat from the grandkids.
