My friends and I had a fantastic time at this tucked away cabin. I would recommend this as a fantastic place for anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Excellent New Years Get Away

  • 5 of 5

We couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate the New Year. The cabin was very clean and in my opinion, better than the photos. We even saw a Bald Eagle on one of our walks. The owners were very cooperative and extremely friendly. They really did a nice job remodeling the cabin. We’re even thinking of renting during summer months to enjoy the outdoors. Great VRBO... book it.

Cabin in the woods

  • 5 of 5

Stephen and his wife provide a clean and comfortable cabin. Upon arrival after a long trip we walked in a decorated cabin with Christmas tree and ornaments. We turned on the fire and settled in. It easily slept the 3 of us. On one night we even brought over our 4 grandkids for a sleep over. A night of Charades and Uno in front of the fire will be remembered. The view is wonderful and relaxing. I loved coffee in the morning overlooking the stream. One day when the temperature dropped I saw the stream ice over. The quiet was broken by the ice cracking then settling. It was beautiful.

Thank you Stephen for hosting us.

Relaxing spot with close access to beautiful hiking

  • 5 of 5

I am originally from the Pittsburgh area and enjoyed staying in a more remote part of town. Close hiking spots and easy access to any freeway. We were able to take day trips to the city, McConnells Mills, and Clarion for Autumn Leaf Festival.
