The kitchen, dining/living area, and office are located on the main floor above the one-car garage and laundry area. The entrance, half bath on the main floor, and full kitchen have radiant in-floor heat. There is also a wood-burning stove and baseboard heat throughout. Large, west-facing picture windows provide wonderful light and views for the entire house. There is a also a nice deck for relaxing outside and enjoying the sounds of the creek. A park with play area borders the property to the west on the other side of the creek and grocery stores are a five-minute walk down the road. The house is also equipped with wifi and Dish TV.
