This lovely home has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is all about the amazing views and great access to the lake! You enter from the oversized 2 car garage into the main level that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen - all with amazing views of the lake. The large living room has plenty of seating and a 50" plasma tv. The fully equipped kitchen has a large french door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The breakfast bar with 3 stools is a great gathering location. There's also a half bath and laundry on the main level. The loft has a comfy king size bed with a 55" plasma tv, full bath, private deck and walk in-closet. The basement has a den with a sofa sleeper, bunk beds and another 55" plasma tv. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a full bathroom.

Off the main level, the large deck faces the lake and has a dining table with umbrella, a covered sitting area with seating and a Weber gas grill. The deck leads to the grassy yard - and the steps to the private dock. When the lake water levels are high, you can bring your boat and or jet skies right up to the dock! When the water is lower, then you have direct access to the sandy beach - you can't lose either way!

The house is one of the homes known as the "twin houses". The two homes were built by friends and the original owner still lives next door. He loves coming up to the lake and taking his fishing boat or jet skies out. The two homes share the steps down to the dock/beach but each has their own private dock. Our property also includes the lot on the west side of the house which has a new 60' stone fire-pit, a horseshoe pit and plenty of room for parking for car/trunks, boats etc.

This lakefront home is located less than 1 mile from the Cedar View State Park campground and marina that has 2 cement boat ramps. The lower boat ramp also has a fish cleaning station. The property is in the Lakeshore subdivision located on the north west side of the lake. JCs Cedar View Gas and Grocery store is just a short ride and besides gas, they have fishing licenses, park passes and all the basics. Also close is The Marina restaurant and bar.
