The Kirkland House is 1 Bedroom / 1.5 Bathroom and sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred. This house was built in 2019 to provide up to 4 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Come stay with us at Adams Estate for your next wedding or trip to Disney World or LegoLand!

Kirkland House features large rooms with 12ft ceilings and luxury amenities, including a Master bedroom suite with King Bed, Master bath with shower, double vanity and private toilet room, Living and Dining Room with large family table and sleeper sofa, Full kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, toaster, & Keurig, Porch with Outdoor Furniture, Two 55’ TVs with Hulu Live TV, WIFI, and Washer / Dryer. Don't forget to check out our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred and play a game of shuffleboard!

Love the Kirkland House!
The house is roomy and cozy at the same time. Comfortable sleeping - modern bath and kitchen. We had previously stayed there and returned solely because we loved the house. We had quite a drive to our Grandson's ballgames.....but the house was worth the drive.

Perfect Getaway
Our stay was wonderful. The house fit our needs perfectly! The house was better than the pictures. It was very clean and absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the view and walking around the grounds of the Estate. A must return for the next Sun and Fun adventure.

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
