Located in the heart of the historic Garden District and just one block to St. Charles Ave., street car line and all Uptown Mardi Gras parades!!! 4 blocks to Magazine St. Just 2.6 miles from the French Quarter. So conveniently located, you don't need a car, but in case you have one, there is off street parking for 2 cars!

If you are an 'American Horror Story Coven' fan, we are located one block away from the mansion, where it was filmed!

Take the beautiful St. Charles Ave. street car to the French Quarter, Superdome or Audubon Zoo!!!!!

Built in 1863, this Greek Revival Mansion boast 14' ceilings with original plaster moulding, ceiling medallions and 2 marble fireplaces!

The living room has two queen sofa sleepers.

The kitchen has all wood cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and travertine floors. The living, dining and bedrooms have hardwood floors.

It has central ac/heat and a washer/dryer.

The 1st bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.

Walk a few blocks to Magazine St. for some of the best shopping and dining the Garden District has to offer!!

The perfect location for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Sugar Bowl, Saints games, Voodoo Fest., etc!!!!!!

When your done exploring the city, dancing to our jazz music and eating some of the world's best cuisine, come back and relax on your huge front porch!!!

The location and amenities just can't be beat!!!!

About The Owner

We have been married for over 20 wonderful years. We both grew up in New Orleans and are very passionate about our city and everything that it has to offer!!! We like staying active! When we are not golfing or playing tennis, you will find us at one of our New Orleans Festivals, at the beach or at home with our 3 rotten rescue dogs!!!!

Nice but....

The property was nice and clean and comfortable. I would stay there again however I do feel like a few things could have been better.

We had 4 adults for 4 nights. We had barely enough coffee(and no creamer) for 1 pot and only had 5 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house. I feel like these are basic things that should come with the price per night. We had to go out and purchase these items ourselves.

Also would like to point out that we were asked to run the dishwasher before we left yet there was no dish washer detergent supplied.

Also, many burned out lightbulbs through the house.

Perhaps these are things you may want to address with the property management company.

Again, I would stay there again but thought you might benefit from knowing these things.

Beautiful NOLA house!

Great place for a group! We were 7 girls in town for a long weekend bachelorette party. We really enjoyed the space and location. House is even prettier in person than the pictures show. The extra rollaway beds were really useful and loved that there was access to a washer/dryer. The house is a super easy walk to Magazine and District Donuts, plus some other really great restaurants. Walmart is also a cheap Uber ride away, along with rides to Bourbon, etc. Only reason didn't rate 5 stars is because the host wasn't as helpful as they could've been with a small but important detail. We were only provided 3 toilet paper rolls for the 2 bathrooms for a 4 night stay of 7 girls. When we asked if we were overlooking a storage area we were told "that is the industry standard". We found this a bit petty considering how much you're paying per night and we were on a longer stay than 1-2 nights, not to mention inconvenient. Needless to say we had to make a point to buy tp by the 3rd day, so maybe bring your own rolls?

Great location

This house is in a great location for trips to the Quarter, St Charles or Magazine street. It's large enough to keep everyone close but not too close. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.. Life is good. Great trip to NOLA!

The apartment is located very conveniently in the Garden District. We walked to many dining and shopping options. Everything was just as we expected and made our stay in New Orleans easy. The beds are very comfortable!
