This is a one of a kind condominium and no expense has been spared to provide you with every amenity. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances ,and great views of the ocean. The den features a bar area, flat screen TV, tile floors, and views of the pool. The large bedroom has a king size bed, cozy sitting area, flat screen TV, and bombay ceiling fan. The bedroom has handicap accessible computer desk with copier, copier supplies, and amplifier for the stereo in living area and bedroom. The bathroom is handicap friendly complete with shower large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The large vanity has double sinks and a recessed area for a wheelchair or makeup area with chair. A covered area outside has chairs and table with panoramic views of the pool and the ocean. Every attempt has been made by the owners to make this rental a one of a kind experience.

Nice and convenient place
This would have 5 stars across The board if we Didn’t get locked out of room For over two hours. The keypad coded door lock broke. Security had to use their master key to let us in after the property owner called them to help us. Otherwise it was FANTASTIC and would stay there again!!! Felt safe since Security is always around and condo was very cozy including the king Bed!

We absolutely love this place. It’s clean, decorated nicely, and has everything we need. We come here often and plan on returning. It’s very peaceful on the beach and it’s nice escaping from work. George is very responsive to everything we need. Wonderful way to celebrate the end of summer

I am a building contractor. I obtained this property in 2014. All the walls were removed when this renovation was stated. The goal in designing the new rooms was to have fewer rooms with much larger rooms than you usually find in the typical condo. All new electrical, plumbing, drywall, bead board doors, cabinets, and trim were installed. The entire floor was tiled. My wife has spent the last 6 months purchasing new furniture, appliances, pictures, dishes, silverware, etc.
