There is no face to face contact, key-less entry with a code created specifically for you for your safety. You must bring your own linens and towels or rent from a local distributor nearby.
Great location at a great price. Recently renovated modern condo located in desirable midtown OC. Spacious bedrooms allow plenty of room for large families and 2 levels provide privacy. The first floor has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Second floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen in one bedroom and in the other; 1 full sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Additional full bathroom is located on 2nd floor. Condo boasts modern décor and is fully furnished with flat screen TV's in every room. The living room has a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or listen to music. Fully stocked kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, coffeepot, dishwasher, toaster, iron/board and crock-pot for easy set meals. Laundry room has washer/dryer combo with additional shelves for storage. Condo is steps from the beach and in an area without large hotels so there is always room on the beach even during the busiest time of the year. Enjoy people watching from the deck with plenty of seating. Bus stop is within sight of the condo. Grocery store, TJMaxx, spa, restaurants, gas station and shopping are all within walking distance. Linens are not included but can be rented for an additional cost through local business. Must be 25 years or older to rent and renter must be staying on the premises.
