ABOUT THIS CONDO. This is a 2230 square foot (plus 1310 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR Ocean Front (3) bedroom (3) bathroom condominium in the Honua Kai Resort Konea tower.
This home has been custom furnished by interior designer Natasha Plitt, and is part of the Makai Collection at Honua Kai, a selection of residences showcasing the very best of resort living on Ka’anapali Beach, Maui. It features a prime oceanfront location, has expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, contemporary resort furnishings, and endless Maui sunsets. It provides a unique take on island living not easily found elsewhere on West Maui with a Viking gas BBQ outdoor kitchen, oversized lanai. Inside, the home features a open concept living area complete with a Viking gourmet kitchen, Vitamix blender, a dining area for up to eight (8) guests, two (2) master bedrooms with ensuite, a 3rd bedroom and bathroom, insuite laundry, and Honua Kai's first Savant Home Automation system where you can control everything including the lighting and drapes with a touch of a button. As for the sleeping arrangements and other amenities, it has a King Bed in all 3 bedrooms (guest bedroom is splittable into twins), and a Queen sofa sleeper in living. All rooms have their own flat screen TV's with cable. A Blu-Ray DVD is available in the living room. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge.
Only the Ground Floor units offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the after market keyed Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. This ground floor ocean front residence has direct access to the pools and the beach and its lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the ocean. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort and is not located on the outside end caps of either tower.
Included also are many extra personal touches from a proud owner in the condo such as an iHome alarm clocks, keyed lanai, Vitamix blender, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, two pack n play's with a 3" thick mattress, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

Known Construction / Maintenance Disclaimer: Luana Development Parters LP is building 72 townhouses in the area. The work is in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story homes. A fence was constructed to limit dust and views of the work. Allowed work time is from 9am – 5pm M-Sat with light work expected between 8-9 AM and 5-6 PM. This unit, Konea 102, does not face the construction but rather faces the ocean. Construction may be seen when looking out of south facing windows at an extreme angle. It is considered an un-impacted unit.
