Five private updated beach cottages with heated/chilled pool, private beach area and outdoor dining.
The Arbors Seaside Cottages are made up of four separate beach cottages with an attached studio unit making five cottages total! Our property is an ideal spot for large family vacations, family reunions, destination Holiday trips and weddings! We have a beautiful garden area with lush landscape, heated/chilled pool with relaxing waterfalls, pavers leading to two new grilling areas, updated beach front pavilion and our private beach area that's furnished with loungers that can be taken to the surf daily. All of our cottages have full kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas and sleep as follows:

#1 Yachtsman: Beach Front Cottage- two queen bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

#2 The Reef: Second cottage from the beach- one bedroom with a queen sized bed, two twin beds in second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

#3 The Angler: Third cottage from the beach- two bedrooms, each featuring one queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

#4 Beach Lodge: Fourth cottage from beach is at the back of property by Gulf Blvd. Spacious two-story cottage with three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom with a Queen sized bed and full bath with large shower, the second bedroom with a King sized bed and the third has two bunk beds- they are a full sized bed on bottom and twin bed on top (this room sleeps up to 6).The second bathroom is closest to the second bedroom. The third bedroom is accessible from the King bedroom only. This unit sleeps up to ten guests.

#5 Key West: True studio with Queen bed, full futon sleeper, sleeps up to four and one full bathroom with shower.

Beach Lodge and Key West can be rented together as one large home. They are accessible through the main floor bath and the living rooms. When combined together, this would sleep up to twelve guests with three full baths. You can find this under the Beach Lodge + Studio at The Arbors listing.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

It is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub, and VIP Mexican (previously Aqua Prime) You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Slyce Pizza Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located close by.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No unapproved parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
