Two bedrooms have king size beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The back patio and large open back yard is perfect for throwing a frisbee or just relaxing.

Fast Optimum WiFi (NO CABLE TV PROVIDED).

The floor plan puts the master bedroom at the opposite side of the house. The front of the house has a circle drive and the back has a large driveway accessed via the alley at the end of the block.

Perfect for our needs
We stayed with our disabled daughter and the layout of the home was perfect for her needs. The only issue was the floor was a little dirty for her - she scoots on her bottom on the floor. I just grabbed a swiffer sweeper and swept and mopped the areas where she was most. Everything else was great though and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect fit for us
This was our second time staying at Bruce’s home. It was just perfect for us. The accommodations met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to A&M, HEB, plenty of parking for our four grown kids’ trucks and vehicles. Bruce is always available and responds immediately if you have any questions. Perfection.
Very comfortable and well maintained property in a super convenient location for those visiting Aggieland. The property owner goes above and beyond in terms of communication and preparation of the house for your stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean home with king beds
Since we were traveling with friends, we needed 2 king beds. This house filled that need and so much more. It's a "vintage" home in a beautiful area. It was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it was perfect. The owner was very responsive in the app during the booking and checking process. We highly recommend it.

I am retired military. We raised our seven children in this neighborhood. I manage several 3, 4 & 5 bedroom properties in the Bryan/College Station area. We want our guests to feel comfortable and refreshed as they spend time together in our homes. Don't hesitate to contact me during your stay about anything.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I bought this home from the 97 year old widow that designed it over 40 years ago. It still has her touch and furniture in the formal living and dining area. It is truly vintage 70's! It is a quiet neighborhood with mature trees and wonderful neighbors who are mostly in their senior years so we want to honor their desire for a quiet and safe neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Spacious and comfortable. Large master bedroom with sitting area. Large backyard and patio for hanging out, throwing a frisbee or just relaxing. Circle drive in front and a large driveway in back for additional parking.
