This is a great spot for the kids to enjoy their own space while the adults can relax in other areas of the property. Complimented by the spectacular ocean views is the second living, dining and kitchen all in an open plan format that flows nicely out to the undercover entertaining area and private beach access.
The kitchen is well stocked with all that one will need while on holiday or hosting a family dinner. The lounge room has a comfortable "L" shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The dining room table can comfortably seat 8-10 occupants however I am sure most people will take advantage of the ten-seater table in the outdoor area and BBQ as this is the best spot to enjoy the beach frontage of the property. The house is very spacious offering multiple areas for guests to relax and enjoy this piece of paradise.
There are three bedrooms and a tastefully converted garage as a fourth bedroom/kids retreat. The main bedroom has uninterrupted water views, walk in robe and private access to the two-way bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two king single beds. In the fourth room there is a set of single bunks and plenty of room for kids to play and enjoy some holiday activities.
There is unlimited NBN wifi for guests use and ceiling fans throughout the entire property. There is a large carport that could accommodate up to four cars and additional parking for boats and trailers at the side of the house. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity. There is also a second separate toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine.
The property not only offers guests a peaceful beachfront retreat it is a short drive from the town centre of Beachmere which has the Beachmere Hotel, shops, cafes and clubs. It is also a ten-minute drive to the high way from there you have Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast within 30 - 40 minutes' drive away and the Gold Coast 90 minutes away.

Linen Hire: $25.00 x Queen Set and $18.00 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
A pre-authorised bond of $300 - $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
