Panoramic Views - Big house with big views

Homely two-storey holiday house with a stunning panorama that fully lives up to its name with more than 180-degree views of the ocean to Lorne across the river valley with horses and kangaroos to the misty folding hills of the National Otway Park.

Cobwebs at every turn
We were so terribly disappointed with the state of the property. The house smelled like it had been locked up for months and there were cobwebs and dust in almost every direction you looked. It was so disappointing because the house otherwise could have been great. Perfect for two families as there’s a bathroom and main bedroom on each floor, enough off street parking for 2-3 cars and walking distance to the shops and beach. If the house had been cleaned, and some of the owners things packed away (the house was packed full of stuff in every room and every shelf and cupboard was almost overflowing with the owners things) we would have happily rated the house 4 stars.

Comfort and Room for everyone
Lovely areas for family chats and kids to play, quiet sunny reading spot and 2 outdoor decks one for shade and one for sun. All that meant that everyone had somewhere to be. Easy walk to shops and beach meant there was always something to do. Nice to walk home from pub as well.

Fantastic views & very comfortable home
Fantastic views across the valley and the river, surrounding bushland and along the coast. We loved watching the horses, kangaroos and sunsets. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided (but BYO linen). A great house for a group of friends or a family, with separate living rooms upstairs and downstairs.
