Photos and Description of the Suttons Bay vacation condo rental

2bdr/2bth, Free WiFi, Across from Suttons Bay Marina Park/Beach, Walk Everywhere

Are you ready for your pure Michigan experience?

This is the perfect location for you to enjoy a nice blend of relaxation, exercise, fun shopping and great dining. This 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo is located in the heart of Suttons Bay and is adjacent to the public beach and park. You can spend a day at the beach enjoying sun, beautiful views, good book or whatever else you have been putting off until your next vacation. If you are interested in adding some action to your day, you can always rent a kayak or a paddle board near by (Suttons Bay Bikes) and enjoy the shoreline view from the bay.

Most amenities in Suttons Bay are within walking distance from the condo including a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, many great restaurants and pubs, banks, boutique shops, and art galleries. Within 5 miles, you can find over half a dozen wineries, the Leelanau Sands Casino, the Leelanau Club Golf Course, local farmer markets, a multitude of beaches and boat launches, several parks, great hiking and biking, fishing and panoramic views that helped Leelanau County's Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes win Good Morning America's 'Most Beautiful Place in America' Contest in 2011.

If you are interested in spending a day in Traverse City and adding a more touristy experience to your vacation, a short 15 minute drive south from Suttons Bay will get you there.

Summertime marks the high point of the best events in the Traverse City area and Leelanau Peninsula. However, fall brings many events to the local wineries and the scenic drives in the area to enjoy the breathtaking views. Here are a few to help you decide on the best time to travel.

Leelanau Peninsula:

The Hunt for the Reds of October 24-26, 2016

Toast the Season - November 5-6 & November 12-13, 2016

Traverse City:

German Fest - September 30, 2016

Beer Week - November 11-17, 2016
