Great Location

My husband and I stayed at Cathy's house for three months, August 2016 - October 2016). The house is full of character and located in a great, quiet neighborhood . The house is comfortable and in a great location to downtown, parks, restaurants, shopping, museums and the mountains. There was ample parking for both of our cars. Cathy was such a pleasure to meet and made our stay very easy.

We highly recommend Cathy's house in Denver. You won't be sorry. We look forward to the opportunity to stay there again in.

Perfect Home Away From Home

My husband had contract work in Denver so we decided to take the whole family. We're so glad we chose this house as it was the perfect "home away from home" for us and we were able to walk almost everywhere. We loved being so close to everything and the kids were able to take tennis and swim lessons at Congress Park. We rode bikes every day and loved walking to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods for groceries. The house worked well for us with everything we could possibly need including plenty of bedrooms and living space. The kitchen was well equipped and even had all-clad pots and pans. We also loved using the BBQ grille and having dinners in the backyard. The laundry room is huge and included items like an ironing board and iron. Cathy was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this owner and location.

Great historic home in perfect Denver location

Words can't describe how much we enjoyed this property and Cathy the owner. We escaped the brutal heat of Arizona and were able to connect with the great weather in Colorado. The house is perfectly located in the best part of Denver. It's an easy walk to restaurants, and stores like Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, etc. The house is surrounded by historic mansions and beautiful parks. We took many walks down 7th ave parkway to take in the architecture and were able to run every morning around Cheesman Park's running path. We are looking forward to returning next year

Fantastic property, friendly owner

My family and I stayed in this lovely home during my maternity leave, and we absolutely adored it. The house and neighborhood can't be beat, and Cathy was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She even unpacked her heirloom crib to help us welcome our new daughter. Thanks for the great experience!

The perfect place to be for a couple of months!

We needed a place to stay while our home was being remodeled and this was it. We have 3 kiddos and a busy life and this was the perfect place for us to be! The location is ideal...we walked to the park several times and were able to get to downtown in minutes. And the home itself was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The neighbors were friendly too! And Cathy was the absolute best to work with. She was incredibly quick to respond to our questions and requests and was super friendly. We highly recommend this sweet and very spacious bungalow!!

Perfect temporary home

This is a beautiful, extremely quiet, and very clean house in the best location in Denver. The neighborhood is lovely and there are parks, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It is very easy to get around the area on the 7th avenue parkway. Cherry Creek Mall and the Denver Zoo are within a 10 minute drive. We loved this house!! It is a great location for running and biking. A neighborhood pool is a 5 minute drive in summertime. Cheesman Park is gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cathy was very available to us and provided us with anything we needed.
