The quiet location is right near the Elkhorn Golf Club, with a very easy two mile walk to the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. Dollar Mountain is less than a half mile away, while Bald Mountain is less than nine miles from your door! The region enjoys 250 days of sun a year, even in winter, so guests can ski to their heart's content.

Please note: Due to the unique situation that the local restrictions have brought about, Sun Valley has decided to close down the mountains for the remainder of the 2019/2020 ski season. Please be aware that this may or may not affect the onsite amenities for those properties that have them. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you!
*Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
**There is no pool and hot tub access during the winter 2020/21 season due to construction.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
