Your kitchen has modern appliances (jennaire cooktop; wall-oven with convection feature; fridge with filtered water and ice machine; quiet mode dishwasher; large micro-wave, walk-in pantry and plenty of storage space and kitchen is well equipped down to the details. Dedicated desk space with WIFI/Internet; dedicated phone line for local calls, home security with smoke detectors and fire alarms, kickback in the living room with gas fireplace; cable vision with PVR to watch on a 42" HD television; large comfy sectional with recessed lighting to read, visit or watch television. Your vacation home is on the southern tip of Vancouver Island on the Saanich Peninsula on the westside of the Peninsula in the prestigious area of Deep Cove in North Saanich. We want you to spend your time enjoying your holiday, not figuring it out.

We want your arrival to be a positive experience so we meet you at the home to check-in, tour the home, ensure everything is in working order, as well as go over the operation, answer questions and accommodate any special needs if we can. We respect your privacy and limit our visits to care-take the gardens, take away refuse, and if needed will arrange for daily or weekly cleaning service. For those who enjoy farm to table we have farm raised beef; lamb; chickens as well as many local growers of organic vegetables. Every Saturday during the "peak" season we have a local farmers market on the grounds of the Church - a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Sidney during the summer months hosts a street market every Thursday evening featuring locally grown food; artisan foods; local crafts/art; and merchants participate with street tables/booths; along with many food vendors serving wild caught salmon burgers and ethnic meals. Sidney by the Sea has all the amenities of the city, for book lovers you have several book stores to mooch around. 20 Minutes by vehicle and you are at the world famous Buchart Gardens. Victoria is a 30 minute drive to take in the sights and activities of the city.
