This one bedroom apartment is located on Kalaheo Hillside across the street from a church and one block away from a shopping center with a Safeway, a Burger King and several other restaurants.
The apartment has a fenced yard and lovely green lawn. There is a patio with a Weber Charcoal Barbeque. Inside you will find a roomy 700 square feet divided by a folding wall that closes off the bedroom or opens up for a more spacious feeling. The bathroom is recently remodeled with a new shower and vanity. The kitchen was also remodeled last year and is fully equipped with everything you need to do your own cooking. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a queen size Futon bed/couch and TV with internet connection. There is also a window air conditioner.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan. We just added a new window air conditioner.
There is parking available on the grass just outside your private gate and front door. A washer and dryer are located in the attached garage and are for your exclusive use.
The owner lives in the upper level of the house and will be available to help if needed. It is not a two story house. The upper level is uphill a half story up and shares a common wall with the lower unit.
The beach is just a short walk away along Kalaheo Avenue, past Kailuana Street, where the president has stayed while here on vacation, then down a beach access path. This end of Kailua beach is less crowded than the Kailua Beach Park area.
