Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

This little house has a lot of character as it was probably built in the 20's or early 30's. It has a lot of original built ins, all arched entrees into rooms. The kitchen, and baths were all updated and nicely done. The décor was very Boho and fun. Beds were comfy and clean. The only thing it could say is it needs a tea kettle. The management was nice and responsive when I asked a specific question. Also, I had paid for my dog to come and we changed our mind at the last minute. I asked for a refund and they kindly responded w/ "not a problem with the refund". very nice! A negative, is I was going to have some friends over for dinner but the rules said I could not have anyone in the house except what I signed up for. I thought that was a little odd.
Our family including parents and 3 adult children found this rental cozy and likable. Nice vintage boho decor. We would recommend a mattress upgrade for adults sleeping in the Zebra room . Also please know that walks from the property to attractions may be somewhat challenging especially in the winter, as there are no sidewalks. This is a nice cottage in a great location via car.
This is a great house with lots of space to hang out. I has a very comfortable, pleasant interior. There is a large kitchen and living room with 3 nicely sized bedrooms. There is a nice fenced-in yard with large, mature trees. The location was nice, but it was difficult to walk downtown from this location as the sidewalks were all snowed in along busy roads. But it was a nice, quiet neighborhood in a convenient location by car.
Enjoyed staying at the "cottage" - good location, cute house and quiet neighborhood -
This place was just perfect for us it was so close to our family and all the surrounding beautiful places to visit. We would love to come back
Quiet location within an easy walk for my family. Children's swing set (reason I chose) pictured in photos was not there when we arrived.
Front door lock, very awkward.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
Thanks
