Sanctuary Court 4 Sum

Summary:
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit situated directly across from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The beach is also very close by as well as local shops, boutique stores and cafes - all within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lock up garage underneath includes an internal laundry.

It is situated up a flight of stairs with no lift access.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Pros - great location. Quite reasonably priced. 100metres from beach. 10 minute drive to Coolangatta. Very close to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Cons - Decor quite dated. Could do with extractor fan in bathroom. Would be nice to have linen, and rubbish emptied for tenants. To have soap and supply of toilet paper included in price.

Comfy cosy holiday accommodation
I found this little holiday apartment cosy and comfy and modestly priced with every thing needed on hand for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. An older style unit but with an undated modern functional kitchen Brilliant location right across the road from the Currumbin Bird Sanctuary A short walk to the beach and 2 minutes from buses going in both directions ..very handy and convenient

Spent a week at unit which was well positioned near beach and shops with enclosed garage but best part was new kitchen with plenty of gadgets for cooking. All up 4 star for comfort and cleaness and price..

Fantastic location!
This is a fabulous location: Close to the beach, coffee shops, supermarkets and cross the road from Currumbin wildlife Sanctuary. There is a regular bus service which stops across the road. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved that there is linen supplied and changed after a week.
