Walking distance to 19 restaurants and crawling distance to the shuttle and 5 pubs! Remodeled and everything is new and first class: solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hickory cabinets, new bathrooms (all 3), slate floors in kitchen and baths, solid wood doors throughout. There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs and living room and custom kitchen are on the middle floor, the loft up top sleeps up to 4 people. There are (4) Smart LED TVs with cable, Netflix, Hulu, etc. ,(3) BlueRay DVD players and high-speed secured business-class LAN. Sound system in living room is Bluetooth/USB/IPOD ready for home theater and music. This is one of the nicest units available to rent in Mammoth. The condo complex has lots of big Pine trees and Aspen, and the complex has 2 spas, sauna, laundry and pool (open spring to fall). About Scott Whitley

We bought this 3 story townhouse 2013 and spent close to a year renovating. Old plumbing was replaced along with everything else except maybe the framing, although that got a boost too. The floors were insulated and reinforced or replaced. Most of the walls now have soundproofing. We think the place is upscale-comfortable, and our favorite Guests agree and want to come back. I hope to accumulate a following so that our home is well taken care of and I can reduce the rates!

Impressive corner unit

I recently stayed in Scott's condo from Feb 9th through the 12th. I consider myself a Mammoth local as my brother and I try to ride every other weekend during the winter months. This condo is by far one of the nicest condos i have ever rented. We loved the wireless soundbar, games in the condo, and Netflix after a long day of riding. Access to the unit from the parking lot is very convenient. The amenities are all updated and wonderful. The master bed is extremely comfortable and unlike any in a rental. This condo is located in the heart of the town and we were able to walk to quite a few restaurants even in the snow. Scott response time was extremely quick and was very helpful, thank you for that sir. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family. We look forward to renting Scott's unit again very shortly. Also, the loft is larger than expected and can sleep 4 comfortably! Cheers.

Wonderful, spacious condo in a great location

The first impression we got when we walked in the door was that the condo was much bigger than the photos show. Each room downstairs was very spacious with its own bathroom. The loft above the main floor was larger than any condo we have stayed at in mammoth. Our party had five adults and four children and there was more than enough space. We usually stay near the village for convenience, but the shuttle stop is just steps from the front door and gets you to the village in five minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

One minor issue, the heat in the master bedroom was not working. Other than that everything was perfect!

Top notch all the way

Everything about this place is top notch, from the furnishings to the owner. Super responsive owner genuinely interested in making sure everything was in order from arrival to departure. High quality home- away- from- home, clean and very well appointed. Walking distance to stores/bars/restaurants and we were also able to visit 20 gorgeous lakes via a short drive from this condo on our summer vacation. Beds are high-quality too, great nights sleep guaranteed. Owner offered discount if we took care of his place...we did and he came through. 5 stars all the way around, really a nice place
