Wonderful house and location
We spent a few days for a family get together and the house was perfect for all ages. Very comfortable throughout with beautiful views, and a very well equipped kitchen too. Would love to come again.

Family get together
We stayed for a long weekend in December as a multi generational family group . Fabulous location with views out to sea . The kids loved the bunk beds looking out over the beach counting seals . Well equipped kitchen , breakfast bar/island and a dining table to seat 14. Great views from 1st floor lounge.

Family stay
A fantastic house for a family gathering. The way the kitchen and dining area blend together is fabulous. Great upstairs lounge, large enough for 13 people without sitting on each other’s laps. The lounge gives you great sea views. The bedrooms are very comfortable. So close to the beach, ideal for easy walks on the flat seafront. Prefect . Many thanks. The Taylor family.

Great Location but needs some modernisation
Pros Location- couldn’t be better sandwiched between the seafront and the high street Kitchen- well equipped with all you need for a large crowd Good size bath sheets provided for towels Cons Whilst the downstairs has been renovated, the rest of the house needs doing so. We found walls with marks and rips, one top bunk had loose wood, some furniture is looking tired and could do with being replaced The bathrooms are also showing their age; evidence of a leak in one en suite and they all could do with being modernised.. The en suite in the yellow room has a shower over the bath which the height can’t be altered and is faulty. The tap also kept falling off. There also wasn’t a slip mat provided which is needed as it was a bit dangerous. Cleanliness- with being such a big house there’s a lot to clean. We found cobwebs and dust on the windows and books and I thought there was a sense of a superficial clean being done when I think the house could benefit from a deep clean. Cupboards and drawers need a good clean and we felt the whole place needed some tlc It's a great space for a large group but some attention to detail is required

A perfect house for a family reunion holiday . A perfect location in a picture perfect town.
The property was beautifully presented with everything you could want and decorated in an individual, attractive way. Our party consisted of us, 2 grandparents, our two sons and their wives and our 5 grandchildren aged 6-12. One son and his family were visiting from Australia and the house gave us al, adults and children time to be together, especially the children who hadn’t seen each other for 4 years. We loved the children’s lounge , downstairs, even better was the adults lounge on the first floor with a stunning view of the beach. The children were able to enjoy time on the beach together but we could see them. Perfect location for a bit of retail therapy as well as a well stocked co- op a few minutes away. Restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk as were the local attractions. Would highly recommend this house . Only slight issue was with the children’s bedroom on the top floor which became very hot in the unseasonably hot weather, but there was plenty of space to decamp to .
