Our Nanaimo oceanfront, centrally located suite is situated alongside a vibrant marina on an active working channel. Enjoy panoramic ocean views while sipping a beverage or two on the balcony.

This 950 square foot corner unit condo is located on the 4th floor just below the penthouse suites. In addition to the uncompromising views, it features textured wallpapers, marble floors throughout, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 6 appliances, FREE Wifi, FREE underground parking, a living room featuring a 60” flat screen Smart TV, dining area, and a large wrap around balcony ready for entertaining. This oceanfront suite is a comfortable getaway with modern services designed to enhance any vacation.

*Queen size bed in the second bdrm with 32” TV

*Queen size sofa bed in the living room (suite sleeps 6)

*Two bathrooms - one is a walk-in/walk out shower ideal for guests with limited mobility

*Professionally laundered linens and towels - which means clean and you don't wash them when you leave!

*A “starter kit” beyond toilet paper and garbage bags is included. For example, a starter kit of organic shampoo, conditioner, & body soap is supplied. Hand, laundry, dishwasher soap, aluminium foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, cleaning supplies, paper towel, sugar, coffee whitener, tea bags, some spices, and six Keurig coffee pods are supplied!

We have 3 suites!! The suite next door is VRBO #739616 and we also have VRBO #824160 (another corner suite, opposite side of the building).

We do welcome long term rentals. Our serviced apartments/suites include professionally laundered weekly linen and towel changes, plus all utility costs (i.e., internet, electricity, cable TV & water). Our suites are fully furnished with cutlery, crockery, linens, towels, and in-suite laundry. You are given direct contact with the owner should any issues arise and we are happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and activities. Second bedroom - queen size bed, features a large picture window that looks onto Stewart Avenue, sheers for privacy, black out curtains, 32" TV, a night table, & closet. The ensuite has full length mirrors, a walk-in/walk-out shower - ideal for those with limited mobility.
