Annual family vacation
This is our second year to have our annual Carter family vacation..This is our second trip to this home..Its perfect for us plenty of room , great location, always clean and quite , great view.. Wonderful memories for our family in this home , it truly is our home away from home.. we can't wait til next year.. thank you for helping me to create family time and memories and to be able to do it with such ease!

This property said no "wi-fi", but it did have it! That made it so much more enjoyable for our teens. The site contact was friendly and easy to talk to. The house was set up so nice (more kitchen items than in other places we've stayed). And above all, when traveling with a 2 year old, this place was so nice and had washer/dryer and ALL the soap ready for us to use. It has a soaker tub, with jets, worked beautifully. All furniture was very comfortable. The location isn't close to many stores - but out in this area nothing really is. It was 10 minutes to Dollar General, and that was just fine. We drove to the local Walmart for groceries (30 minutes). In this area of the country, that's totally acceptable. This will be our new place to stay when in this area again.

Check in not good
Check in 3pm or later. Never got check in info on how to get into rental. Didn't have any email or text from property mgr at 305pm when we arrived. Reached out to property mgr through VRBO App upon arrival. No response. Finally Googled property mgr to get a phone # and was then helped to get access into property. Property manager lacked the attention to details to generate an auto text or auto email for me to enter property and I had to track them down for this info. The lock box that contained the house key needs to be replaced with a better version that works a little easier. The property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. I would give 5 stars if not for the bad check in.

Amazing!
This property was perfect! We had such a great time. The lake Marino was 2 miles away. The house was great with an amazing yard and fire pit! I can’t wait to come back!
