This lovely spacious home has plenty of living area and is a pleasure to stay in.
The property offers a 360 degree veranda so you can see every view possible from the home. Follow the lovely garden path that leads you into the large grassed backyard, a great area for the kids to play!

A 2 minute drive to beach and popular encounter bay boat ramp.
Large balcony with sea views, big yard great for the kids.
