Private patio, 24 inch custom tile squares, black granite counter tops, gas stove and gas grill on the patio. Large fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, two-story living room ceiling, recessed lighting, splendid colors, 3D flatscreen TV, and Bose sound system.

Separate entrance to upstairs bedroom. Close proximity to downtown Palm Springs--walk to everything. Only 48 units in complex with four pools (one salt water) and each having a spa. Completely furnished.

Two parking spaces in adjacent carport.

The unit was purchased from the original owner who only used it as a vacation home. George and his guests have only used the unit once or twice a month for a few days during each visit following the purchase. Because of the limited use, the unit is in excellent condition. The location cannot be beat, especially in relation to the gay bars and restaurants on Arenas Road and other downtown nightlife.

What makes this condo unique

In addition to location, the upstairs balcony has a stunning view of the mountains. One of the four complex pools is steps away from the downstairs patio. The blue skies and sun render the unit cheery most days of the year. The neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Great condo in every way

The condo is absolutely beautiful and George is completely delightful. The complex has several pools and is conveniently located. George went way out of his way to make it an easy stay. He is a wonderful host!

Great property, convenient location to downtown

The description and photos of the property are spot-on. The property was well stocked with everything we needed - and more!!! This was by far the best stocked (for work and play) of any property we have ever rented. It is a beautiful condo, very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The owner is a great guy who really worked hard to get the place just right for our 7 week stay this winter. He was quick to respond to questions, and left us all the information we needed to assist with everything inside the condo or the condo communal property. Definitely recommend this property - not so sure if kids are a good idea or loud/crazy partier types - but definitely a good match for 4 adults respectful of the neighbors. It's a great property, beautiful view of the mountains, poolside, quiet, extremely comfortable. And one of the best parts was that it is only a couple of blocks from downtown Palm Springs. It was so nice to be right there and not have to drive our car. Bring your bikes!!! It is beautiful community and a terrific owner!!

Owner's Response: My unit offers guests the best location possible in Palm Sorings. In addition to walking to nearby downtown restaurants, night clubs, and community events, my guests can take advantage of bikeways, parks, and a movie theatre right across the street.
