This one bedroom comes with a queen size Stearns and Foster Signature Brand mattress and queen size sleeper (with memory foam mattress) sofa in living area. Fully furnished with linens provided, coffee maker stocked with coffee/coffee filters, basic supplies such as dishwasher liquid, extra blankets, towels, pillows, paper towels, toilet paper to get you started. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware and utensils; Also, flat screen TV's in both bedroom and living area & blue ray DVD player. There is a Sony Smart TV located in the living room. HD TV's come with expanded cable and internet access; This is a low floor unit with a screened-in porch with very limited city views; 24-hour security. Screened balcony featuring tiled floor. Walkout to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Onsite management with 24 hour concierge. Laundry is located in basement of the building. Laundry card is required for use of laundry facilities. Rates are subject to change. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check in. WHEN PARKING, If staying longer than 2 nights, please choose the $35.00 weekly option and be prepared to enter your tag number. This offers a savings due to daily charges averaging 20.00/day, rates subject to change depending upon special events. Please avoid parking where it's marked reserved or monthly. GPS 27 Baker St. This parking lot is adjacent to our building. Although it's not a common occurrence, We are not responsible for any break-ins or damage to vehicles. You may also park using AAA parking garage located at 31 Baker's Street directly behind Peachtree towers. Average daily rates are 18.00/day. You may want to visit our Peachtree Towers HOA page and click under parking tab for maps, websites and parking instructions with reservation options. During special events, we highly recommend reserving a parking place at a nearby parking lot to avoid issues with finding adequate parking during peak event times in which it can be overcrowded e.g. (Dragon Con or America's Mart).
Due to weather conditions, our patio door tends to stick in high humidity and our maintenance dept says there is nothing we can do to fix problems. This seems to occur often in high humidity weather, this leads to having to slam the patio door shut in order to close it properly. No smoking inside the unit, however, we do not mind your using the patio for smoking.
If your traveling by MARTA, please exit at Peachtree Station and head south for 2-3 blocks and Peachtree towers will be across the street.
After booking with us, we ask that you text your name, phone number, with your check-in and check-out dates to us. A current phone number is required. Due to recent changes with our check-in process, we are required to enter your information in order for concierge to complete your check-in. VRBO/Home Away does not show the phone number of our guest.

Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to CNN, GWCC, GA Aquarium, The World of Coke Museum, Imagine It, College Football Hall of Fame, The New Falcons Stadium, Civil Rights Museum, Centennial Park, The Sundial Restaurant, The Fox Theater, Capital, GSU, OSU, GA TECH, Emory Crawford Long, Grady Memorial, Cab service across the street and 1 -1/2 blocks from Marta Train Station at Peachtree Center. Marta is very convenient to Peachtree Towers from the airport. Please go to Marta's website for pricing to find out which pass will be economical to suit you. Street Car is free to use for the year 2015. Check out their map online. You may also ride the Marta to the Arts Station to take advantage of the free shuttle that Atlantic Station offers with approximate wait time of 15 minutes for shuttle service. All major hotels are within walking distance. Many of them offering the facility of a swimming pool, tennis, gym, restaurants. There is a food court adjoining the Hyatt's Hotel and Marriot Marquis right across the road just a block away. There are two private health clubs/gymnasiums just a couple of blocks away. Marta, the nearby train will save on the taxi fare, parking or car rental. The return fare from and to the airport is just $5 and takes less than 1/2 hour to get to the building. If you take The Marta train, get off at 'The Peachtree Center' station. Peachtree towers is 2 blocks north and located across the street from Hyatt Hotel. The Marta bus is available as well.
After booking with us, we need you to text your name, phone number, with your check-in and check-out dates to Robby at 706-586-8436. Due to recent changes with our check-in process, we are required to enter your information to make the check-in process simpler when checking in with Concierge. VRBO/Home Away does not show the phone number of our guest. We have also changed to a keyless entry. Your fobs will be inside of our condo inside of a clear envelope. Please read WELCOME LETTER under the rental agreement or house manual. Thank you.

For parking choices, below is a link to our HOA association providing information regarding surrounding parking garages or GPS 17 Baker's St Atlanta, GA to park behind or next to building.
Our space is for residential use only. It is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests allowed in the unit.
No Pets are allowed at any time – minimum fine of $500.
2. If you are locked out of the unit and the Building Staff is available to assist you, there is a minimum fee of $65.
3. Packages and Mail should not be sent to the Building to be held for you.
4. Behavior Resulting in a False Fire Alarm - minimum fine of $150.
5. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open. It will shut down the elevator.
6. No eating, no beverages or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the Building.
7. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes – minimum fine $50.
7. Do not let people follow you into the Building. Only residents and guests with keys should be allowed to enter.
8. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time.
9. Bicycles are NOT allowed in the elevators. You may obtain a key to the Bicycle Room from the Management Office.
Please leave the condo tidy. What does this mean to us?
- Empty the trash in the nearby trash chute.
- Loading/starting the dishwasher before you leave.
- Stripping the bed and piling the linens and placing all dirty linens in the bathroom – we will take care of these for the next tenant.
For every tenant, we provide fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space, but no maid service during your stay. There are laundry facilities inside the building.
Condo building rules:
- No pets.
- Condo quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am
-Smoking on the balcony is allowed as long as the exterior door is closed. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the condo.
