About Vacasa, ID - Boise / Garden Valley Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Convenient and cute

 • 4 of 5

This is a very cute and very clean little house. It's very close to Downtown Boise and to the airport. That worked out very well for us. And it's very close to the Interstate. The linens smelled so good!! The only things I would mention are: there is only one mirror in the entire house. If there is more than one woman in the house, that makes it difficult to get ready. Or even being in hurry to get somewhere, two people are having to share the bathroom. For the most part, it was quiet. There is lots of traffic, which didn't bother us during the day, but it was noisy at night and early in the morning. If you are used to the city and traffic, then it shouldn't be a problem. It is located next to a Pawn Shop. Again, lots of traffic in and out of that all day, but otherwise, that wasn't an issue. Other than those couple of things, we really enjoyed the house. My in-laws drove in for the day and just loved the place. It was very cozy and had just about anything we needed.

Convenient and cute

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was very clean and the linens smelled so wonderful! Easily accessible from the airport and the University. One thing I would like to point out is there is only one mirror in the entire house, so if there is more than one woman staying in the house, someone may want to bring a travel mirror. The surrounding area felt safe and clean, but we felt there was a lot of traffic at night and early in the morning. If you are used to traffic noise, it shouldn't be a problem. That is the only reason we wouldn't stay here again. We hardly got any sleep. But, otherwise, it's a great place to stay!

Having access to a kitchen was our main reason to choosing a VRBO. Even though we only used it a few times, it has mostly everything we needed.
