About this property

Hampton Style Farm Stay in the Scenic Rim

You are invited to escape to a beautiful country Hampton style home filled with plenty of natural light and surrounded by stunning rolling hills, thoroughbreds and grazing stud cattle.

Based in the beautiful Scenic Rim of Queensland, this restored home has been transformed into a Hampton inspired charming country home with a gorgeous wrap around veranda. Our home is perfect for a fun family getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, or a nice quiet weekend away for yourself.

With 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends. The house has spacious living and dining area with all modern kitchen facilities, including dishwasher, as well as laundry facilities. All the bedrooms come with fresh linen, bath towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and there is another large bathroom with a bath tub and over the bath shower.

There is a bright sunroom filled with lots of natural light beaming in through the leadlight windows and a sun bed to enjoy an afternoon read. The sun bed can also be used as a spare single bed (with a trundle bed that comes out).

Our backyard is fully fenced, pet friendly and has plenty to offer for everyone. It has a lot of open grassy space.

There is a spacious cantilever deck to enjoy a quiet wine at the end of the day watching the sun go down over the farm's rolling hills.

At night time gather around a beautiful fire pit with sandstone seating to toast some marshmallows and watch the myriads of stars in the sky.

If you love to cook, pick up some fresh herbs from our back yard herb garden and delight your family and friends with a delicious home cooked meal or a BBQ.

Beautiful house in rural setting
Myself and 7 friends had a fabulous time. Lovely bedding and clean spacious house. Recycling and compost bins would improve the property. Adding chairs to the large shaded verandah a must.

Lovely farm getaway!
Lovely farm getaway that’s private, spacious and relaxing. It was awesome feeding and patting the animals outside your window and there are many close water holes and nature attractions nearby. The views were stunning and I would definitely go there again. No wifi but has good cell reception and 4G was honestly enough. Might bring some films I think next time tho aha. Coles is a bit of a drive there and back so if you stay and don’t want to drive far to restaurants, definitely consider bringing lots of food and extra amenities too. All in all a very good stay and I’d recommend the farm house!
