Great location and place to stay for visiting city
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to all the family friendly attractions, food, and to the hospitals in town. The house was exactly as described and very well equipped with all the essentials needed. The single car garage was a huge plus to store our car in when there was no parking available on the street. The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. Marlene was quick to respond to any questions I had. A couple of reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. I feel the additional insurance you are forced to pay should be stated up front prior to accepting/paying for it. Also, the back bedroom was very drafty and cold, especially when the temperatures outside were below 40 degrees. I believe this was due to the window air conditioner being left in the bedroom window causing outside air to come in. We used a blanket to cover and block the cold air from coming in. It seemed to work for the 2 nights we needed it. Please note, we did have the heat on and up but it did not seem to help with the amount of cold air leaking in.

Relaxing & enjoyable stay
Quiet neighborhood close to highway, restaurants, wonderful park, zoo & more. Home was perfect for our needs, clean, cool & comfortable. Enjoyed the antiques, craftsmanship & use of private garage. Early morning windows open back porch coffee added the perfect touch. Thanks for sharing, John & Lisa

Location, location, location!
Older apartment located at the southwest corner of Forest Park and a block away from I64. Was only 15-20 minutes to downtown. The apartment was well furnished and full of unique decor. The garage was a real plus. The stairs didn't have good railings and had two turns in them so not for everyone. Lots of space. Kitchen well equipped. Worked really well for us!
