Newly renovated, an affordable, fully furnished one bedroom, one bath condo on the FIRST floor, is just a short walk to the beach.

Located just off the main road, in Cape Canaveral, the condo is only 300 yards walk to the beach. It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center.

The condo sleeps 4 with a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your days on the beach and relax in the evening with a 42” flat screen TV, and free wi-fi.

Excellent choice for those of us on a budget
Property was clean and well maintained. Location was nice with a short walk to beach. Property was well supplied with what you need to cook. Well decorated. Nice TV with Disney+. Comfortable bed. Only downside is the location of kitchen sink makes it awkward to wash dishes. Overall, I’d stay here again. I liked it.

Great stay! Great owner!
Not a bad thing to say. All was great! The owner contacted us immediately upon arrival, let us know if we needed anything to let him know. He followed up again later in our stay. We were there 11 days. Complex was quiet and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk. Will stay again

Perfect beach getaway
We had a great stay! The unit was very clean and adorably decorated. We loved the simple two block walk to the gorgeous beach. The owner had beach toys, body board, umbrella, and a beach tent for our use. We saw three rocket launches while we were there. The locals were very kind and inviting.

Très belle endroit
Un emplacement super propre et tranquille, lit confortable, près de la plage (pour ceux que sa intéressent) plein de commodités: chaises de plage ,jouet de plage pour enfants, produit de soin pour femme etc Petit point faible pour le cour séjour : pas de café avec la cafetière, pas de champoing

Close to beach, clean and quiet
The unit was clean and quiet. It is close to the beach and pretty much everything in the area. The biggest downside is there is nowhere to unpack and store your clothing. There's a closet for hanging items, but no shelves or cabinets for everything else. And there's really no place to set your suitcases either.
