Queen Anne/Uptown, Lake Union to the East, Discovery park to the West. The townhouse is easy to get to and there is garage parking included and free street parking. This is where people in Seattle want to live because it's close to everything and in a safe neighborhood.

Why Andrew Liu chose Lawton Park

Originally we bought this townhouse to rent out because the Seattle rental market is very strong. Upon advice from many friends, we're giving vacation rental a try to see if it will work out. When I used to visit Seattle, I noticed there was a lack of vacation lodging options in Seattle, so making our house available to the vacation travelers seemed like a good idea.

What makes this townhome unique

This house was expertly picked because of location, size, and neighborhood amenities. We live 5 minutes away in Magnolia ourselves. What makes this vacation rental unique compared to other vacation rentals in Seattle:

1. Parking: We have a garage and a driveway to use and there is plenty of free street parking. Other neighborhoods have paid parking on the streets and no private garage to protect your vehicle.

2. The master bedroom has a staircase to another room above (loft) with access to the deck where you can view Queen Anne.

3. We bought a commercial grade tankless water heater that is capable of supplying unlimited hot water to all the showers (3) in the house and handle the other appliances that require hot water

4. The house is heated by radiant heating from the hot water system

Andrew is a really nice and friendly person. He provides a lot of suggestions for us to travel around Seattle. The most important point is that his apartment is very excellent. You will be so glad to meet him if you rent his apartment.

Great Host

This was a great first vacation home rental experience for me. Andrew was super responsive, flexible and hospitable from the beginning to after check-out (we checked in extremely late due to flight delays and we left an item behind and let us know soon after we checked out). Great for families and parking was easy. The townhouse totally fit our needs and I would stay here again if we were back in Seattle.

Great place. Great location. They have a bike trail that will lead you from the airbnb to downtown, you can rent lime bike or off bike. Make sure you download the apps. Andrew answered back to all of my communication. Great host. Will definitely book again.
