This home sleeps 15 in six bedrooms and family room: 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds (1 with an extra trundle), a king sleeper sofa, a full-size crib and a portable crib.

Graystone Lodge sits on beautiful Lake Latoka, a deep, clearwater lake good for fishing and water recreation. Has two public access docks and a swimming beach located on the north side (lifeguard staff present at this location).

The lake bottom is sandy, clear and shallow in front of the home. Easy access down three stairs off the dock. Perfect for swimming, playing and water toys.

Rental includes a 22 ft+ pontoon. Available from fishing opener to on or near October 1st.

Graystone Lodge has large patio doors opening to a large, furnished covered deck and also to a cozy open deck.

The main/upper level of this lakefront home features the kitchen and dining area, large living room, 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Throughout the main level, the floors are wood and tile with area rugs with most bedrooms carpeted. The living and dining areas are open and accessible with large dining table that seats 10 people and 2 at the kitchen island.

The walkout level has ceramic tiled floors and features a family room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with tub, and a laundry room. The family room features a gas fireplace, television, kitchenette with a second full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher and includes a king sleeper sofa and other furniture. Patio doors lead to a lakeside patio and the lake.

Outside you’ll find patios or decks lakeside, by the playground, by the grill or on the balcony with plentiful outdoor furniture, a Rainbow Play System, and a fire pit.

You’ll have plenty of spaces to take your morning coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise or waterfowl skimming over the Lake Latoka, a 763 acre lake with a mean depth of 35ft and a max dept of 108 feet. It is a great fishing and swimming lake. Fish for Northerns, Crappies, Rock Bass, and Walleyes from the docks or on board the pontoon (included in rental fees) for a lake excursion.

Lics #1852 - Douglas County VRBO ordinance limits overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total for all VRBO properties. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.
