This condo features all new wood floors, an apartment-style kitchen with stovetop and oven, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has been updated and features a stone tile walk-in shower with a soothing Rainshower showerhead. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a cable box.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).

POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines).
