Price Includes Cleaning/Admin/Booking Fees....Beautiful 4 bedrooms, 3 baths OceanView and BeachView Home (not a condo), huge front porch, TV's in every room, 2nd lot from Beach in the most desirable location on Tybee, South Beach! Approximately a 5 minute walk to the Pier Area, which is the Hub of Tybee Island! Spectacular location with very little street traffic.

Totally renovated.... floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen. Like new condition throughout and extremely Clean...no pets or smoking allowed. This is on the 1st floor of a private home with own private access. Tons of on-site parking under house and on driveway. Located just a couple hundred yards to Fannies Restaurant and Bar ... then comes the Hub of Tybee ... nightlife, restaurants, shops and the Pier. Both the 17th and the 18th Street Ramps/entries to Tybee Beach is approximately a 200 yard walk as well.

All rates include the one time clean up fee, all utilities, WiFi, Dish TV...and, it comes completely furnished with four flat screen TV's. Pricing may increase as dates get reserved by others.

Just move in and smell the Atlantic Ocean...you can hear the waves too!!!!!

Christmas in Tybee in this wonderful home

Our family celebrated Christmas at Tybee in this wonderful home that was large enough for 10 adults and 3 children. We had so much fun. We attended the lightening of the Christmas tree, parade and went into Savannah to see the Nutcracker as one of our little princess was in the ballet. We cooked brunch for everyone on Sunday and the children opened their presents. The kitchen had everything we needed to make an excellent brunch. To sleep 14 is pushing it. 10 is more logical. Excellent location.

The place needs a lot of work; broken pocket door, towel rack torn off bathroom door, shower rod not properly installed in one bathroom. Broken twin bed above trundle bed, gas grill inefficient. Nonworking lamp in bedroom and no light in laundry area. Burned out light bulbs 3/4 on porch. No cable hooked to TV in 1 bedroom. Inadequate toweling for 3 bathrooms and inadequate kitchen toweling. Lacking ordinary kitchen utensils, no whisk, no mixer, knives dull. Dishwasher or dishwasher detergent did not get dishes clean. I contacted owner about kitchen supplies and waited over 3 weeks for his reply; too late for me to bring things from home. Location is great but definitely not worth the $500 a night it cost us.

We were visiting Tybee for my daughter's destination wedding. Loved the large front porch, access to the beach, and the overall size of the place. Mark Stratton was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Love you Tybee Island!

A Restaurant, A Bar, 18th Street Beach Access, and the 17th Street beach Access. You will be a few ocean front blocks from Tybee Pier. You will have views of the Beach and Ocean from the house.

You will have plenty of room on the outside deck with views.

This is considered the South End of Tybee Island...Locals call it "Down Front" because it is the central part of all Tybee Activities.
