Kona Shores is a great location right on Alii Drive (Hawaii Scenic Byway). A lovely complex with oceanfront pool & BBQ area for easy island living! Ground floor with easy access to Alii Drive and just one mile to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants & beaches. Well maintained condo. Enjoy a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The kitchen features full sized appliances, gas stove, ice maker, built in microwave, custom cabinets and new granite counters. There is a split system A/C to keep cool from the Kona heat. Relax on the couch (queen pull-out) watch the flat screen TV and the king size bed will help you have a great start and end to your day on. Worry free assigned parking that is right next to the unit. Enjoy vacationing with all the comforts of home!

This condo was the perfect place to stay while exploring the area. Communication with Vicki was great. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The bed was comfortable and the wine was a bonus! Thank you!

Beautiful suite with every attention to detail
We stayed in this property of Vickis for 3 nights while visiting the Kailua-Kona area. I wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Vicki is a spectacular host, communicating clearly as often as necessary, instructions for checkin/out in the condo very clear and laid out. Her attention to detail is amazing. She anticipates every possible need for her guests, from restaurant brochures to beach essentials. The condo was spotless and her personal care for the place between guests was evident. This was very much appreciated. The king bed was so very comfortable as well. Lovely linens and towels. Thank you Vicki. I would recommend your place in a minute. We had parking steps from our condo door. The condo is street side so you hear some traffic and the upstairs neighbour was fairly heavy footed in the mornings but Vicki even provides earplugs for that if needed! You probably do need to drive to the shopping area down Ali'i drive from the condo but we did walk to a great restaurant from here. There are bikes to rent across street and a shuttle i understand. Staying longer I believe you'd appreciate being a bit away from the busy touristy area. It was an ideal location!

Wonderful, clean and cozy condo
We were surprised to find fresh fruit and some ready-to-make oatmeal when we arrived on a late night flight - that was a treat! The place was very clean and lots of little extras - shopping bags, plastic food containers for hikes etc. The pool was simple but had nice tables and umbrellas so we took a dinner down and ate while we watched the sun go down over the ocean. Location was great. A bit loud with traffic noise but keeping the front windows and doors closed meant it didn’t bother us at all. Hot water took a while to arrive, but the shower was really good when it did. Thanks Vicki!

This unit was excellent in every aspect - fully loaded with complete kitchen, bathroom with tons of extra towels, toiletries, very spacious, extremely clean. Felt like home away from home. Outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. Coin laundry available -owner had laundry soap etc in the unit. Can't say how wonderful our holiday was!!! Would not hesitate to book this place again.

We hope you catch the 'Aloha Spirit', as we have, while you relax and vacation in paradise!

Why they chose this property

The kitchen and living room have been remodeled (September 2015) and features full sized appliances, gas stove, granite counters in the kitchen. A king size bed, pull out couch with a 40 inch flat screen Smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, AC and assigned parking. You will truly not want for anything during your stay.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is amazing and easy to get to! There are laundry facilities, bike rental right across the street, assigned parking, Wi-Fi, cabana and pool that are ocean side, just a moments walk from your unit.
