Beautifully remodeled kitchen and living area (August 2015). Enjoy a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay.

The new kitchen features brand new full sized appliances, gas stove, ice maker, built in microwave, custom cabinets and new granite counters. There is a split system A/C to keep cool from the Kona heat. Relax on the couch (queen pull-out) watch the flat screen TV and the king size bed will help you have a great start and end to your day on. Worry free assigned parking that is right next to the unit. Enjoy vacationing with the comforts of home!

We fell in love with Hawaii during our first visit to Kona in March of 2013, we continue to visit beautiful Kona and on our last trip we purchased our second condo at Kona Shores!

Fabulous First Visit To Kona....

We loved the unit!!!! It was super clean and very well appointed. Perfect amount of space for just myself and hubby. We came here for our 10 year anniversary in route to Kauai where we were married. Vicki had left a very sweet personal note as well as a bottle of wine. It made us feel super welcome and excited to start our vacation. It's in a great location with lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. We unfortunately were there when the volcano was having major activity and the park was closed, so we didn't get to visit there, but the unit is in a great location for accessing the north shores and south shores, as well as the volcano when open again. When we had an issue with the internet Vicki responded quickly with a quick and easy fix. If we ever return to Kona we will definitely be staying here! Thanks Vicki for everything.

Perfect place

The pictures are exactelly what this lovely place looks like. It’s worked perfectly for the 3 of us. It’s close to town, 10 minute car drive, and to all other stores. The welcoming book had lots of useful information as well. The sunset by the pool was lovely. Vicky was fantastic and even made sure the light were on when we arrived, our plane landed later than the check in time. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it and will definitely stay here again! This condo is awesome, clean, spacious, and very accommodating! It is located close to one of the fleamarkets and is very close to downtown. The pool overlooks the ocean. Everything is very well maintained!

Nice inside, newly remodeled. Clean and has AC.

Really worked well for me staying alone. Even worked ok when a friend stayed a few days too. Downside, someone smoking next door and I couldn’t open windows or doors unless I wanted to smell like cigarettes.

Very clean unit with all the amenities. Above average furnishings were very comfortable.

Everything in the unit was meant to insure that visitors had a great experience. Loved the private lanai; and the pool area next to the ocean provided unobstructed views of those gorgeous Kona sunsets. When the Internet went down, the owner responded quickly and fixed the problem.
