My wife and I are a fun-loving older Dominican couple that has lived most of our lives in Manhattan. We enjoy mantra yoga meditation, scenic walks, independent films, reading about eastern philosophy, exploring the world, and spending time with our children and grandchildren.

We love the peace and tranquility, privacy, and safety provided by our private street and international neighbors. We love the sounds and views of the lush jungle from every room, how easy it is to walk down to the beach to exercise or relax, and having the beach mostly to ourselves during the week.
