The kitchen is equipped with new, high end appliances. The over-sized windows allow ample light to fill the living and dining room. The gas fire place will provide some added warmth while enjoying the newly updated entertainment center with 48” LED Smart TV (WiFi enabled) to stream movies and TV shows from your Netflix account. There is also a dvd player, a nice selection of games, a Sony iPod docking station to listen to your favorite music, and free high-speed WiFi for your wireless devices.

The comfortable bedrooms are located down stairs from the kitchen and living area, providing great separation for those that want to wind-down a little earlier. The master has an ensuite bathroom, a queen-sized bed with the rustic log furniture providing a cabin-like feel. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed with a twin bunk and adjacent bathroom.

There are few lodging options with a large, HEATED, attached garage this close to everything. with plenty of hooks, racks and space for your skis, snowboards, boots and gear. No need to carry your luggage up stairs or down long hallways. Simply enter through the garage and quickly stow your bags in your bedrooms.

About Heath and Robyn Harmon

Heath and I grew up on the east coast but have lived in Colorado for the past 15 years. We love the mountains and have always wanted a place in Breckenridge. It is the perfect place for us to enjoy some of our most favorite activities - hike, bike, ski/snowboard, cross country ski, and relax! We love the small town feel, the ability to park our car and walk the entire time we are in Breckenridge and visit many of the local eateries that not only serve great foods but have amazing views of the mountains. We have a young daughter that loves the several parks in town, the fairy forest (short hike from our condo) and of course the skiing.

We chose our home there because it is only a 3 minute walk to downtown, ski in, close to the gondola, has a heated garage, and separate floors to create space between the bedrooms and the living area. We also have an amazing deck that faces the mountains.

Great location with great space for our family!

The house had everything we needed. Loved having a gas fireplace in the family room. The beds were super comfy and for our family of four - the space was just what we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Our family (two adults and 3 young children) had a fantastic stay at Twin Elk 9 during our first family ski vacation in CO.

The condo was ideally located for ski in/out via the Breck Gondola and walking to the restaurants/shops on Main St.

Everything needed was provided in the Condo and we especially appreciated the heated garage for our gear and separate levels between the bedrooms and kitchen+living room for the evenings once the kids were asleep.

The owners were very accommodating and very responsive in our communications.

I highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Breckenridge.

The condo was perfectly situated close to the mountain and an easy walk to Main Street!

Heath and Robyn were very helpful in sending us information on ski rentals and restaurants. We had never been to Breckenridge before and we had a wonderful time. We were only in the condo for three nights and spent most of our time on the slopes. We would love to go back!

Wonderful 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo close to everything

This condo was a fantastic place to stay, and so close to everything in Breckenridge. My wife and I along with our 3 kids had a great time skiing during the day and shopping/eating out at night. The condo is conveniently place close to the Gondola and downtown "Breck". Also the condo was nice size for the 5 of us and we enjoyed the wonderful and complete accommodations. I would highly recommend this condo to all!
