People, Rogers Arena, entertainment, great food, a movie theater and transit are right outside this large 2 bdrm, 2 bath corner unit with a den, solarium & balcony. You'll also enjoy a modern style kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a bathroom with a free-standing acrylic bathtub and an electric fireplace.

Steps to Skytrain station, Tinseltown, Cineplex, T&T, Costco, Rogers Area, Andy Livingstone Park, Seawall, Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown, dining & shopping.

Bed setup: 2 x queen, I can add up to 2 twin size air mattresses (linens included for the extra air mattresses)

Parking: available on location (underground secure) $12 per night

Included: Linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, Portable AC

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (will be 2 paper rolls complimentary upon arrival), paper towels.

Good Central Loacation

Good location - close to sky train, restaurants, grocery store, very walk-able.

Yes, noise may be a factor - but not too bad for a second floor, inter-city location. (Just remember your ear plugs!)

Pictures are relatively true to the unit.

25 meter pool is a nice plus!

The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with utensils with the exception of basic measuring cups & spoons.

The agency handling the check-in was not too responsive; whereas the property owner was extremely responsive. There was also miscommunication as to whether the late check-in fee had to be paid in cash or if a credit card could be used.

We did have some heart burn over paying the "cleaning fee" when the unit had dirty windows (finger prints), food crumbs on the sofa & dining chairs, dusty blinds & baseboards along with mold in the shower.

Great unit in prime location for Downtown, BC Place, and Rogers Arena

We were there in early March. Booking process was easy and finding the unit in Vancouver was pretty simple.

Unit is in a superb location, right beside the city's main stadia, and near a light rail station. It has plenty of space for 3 people (4 would be ideal, any more would be a bit crowded), has got all you need for furniture and was spotlessly clean when we arrived.

Be aware that being close to the stadia, there is some pedestrian / vehicle noise as games let out, and some noise form the light rail, but outside those, it was fairly quiet for an urban environment.

On the negative side, while modern in style and completely functional, the furniture and fit and finish did not appear terribly high quality and were clearly well used. It is sparsely equipped, so if you're cooking in, you'll need to bring almost everything (I did not check for pots / pans etc.). There's a great variety of restaurants and takeaways nearby, so this probably will not be a significant thing.

Check in experience was less than perfect. Despite being told what time we were arriving, our host was late ("had a meeting") and was also late for the rescheduled time. He did not seem to know where he was going - simply hopped into my car without invitation, to drive to the parking garage, but didn't know how to find the parking stall. He didn't have the correct number of keys and tried to get us to pay again for the unit. He did return the following day with an extra key.

Excellent location!

Apartment was very nice. Newly remodelled and clean. We didn't realize, however, that we were right beside the Skytrain station and Rogers Arena and a major intersection. You do get used to the noise but game night is a little challenging with traffic and noise. It was convenient to be in the middle of everything while vacationing. The apartment also has access to a very nice fitness area including pool and hot tub. If you are not driving, this is the place to be. Step outside onto the Skytrain and go almost anywhere.
