Discover the perfect holiday retreat in our air-conditioned 2-bedroom unit, just steps away from the beach. Ideal for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, this cozy accommodation caters to up to 5 guests and ensures a comfortable stay. Great private outlook with filtered water views through caravan park to the north. Please note the garage will only fit a small vehicle.

Outside, enjoy your own private covered patio area, complete with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ, perfect for leisurely meals in the fresh sea breeze.

Inside, you'll find a simple yet functional kitchen, a cozy lounge and dining area with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. The main bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the patio, allowing you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds and a trundle bed, along with a ceiling fan for added comfort.

At Northpoint 1 Linen isn't included, please contact the office for Linen hire options. As mentioned we don't supply linen however all the beds have mattress protector, pillow case, pillow, quilt and quilt cover. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels You will also need to bring your own washing powder, kitchen detergent, soap and toilet paper, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not a pleasant experience at all. The property description did not meet the reality of the state of the unit. The property was very dirty, very smelly and the property was very poorly maintained. We don't mind eclectic, but it has to be clean and functional.

There is nothing good about this property it was dirty, smelly, the condition of the property was terrible, the bbq was rusty and filthy. The car park was inaccessible, the condition of the utensils was terrible. There was cobwebs on the bedside tables, dangling from the kitchen light, no where to store groceries, unable to use the rusty neglected stove, the washing machine was no better, the floors were dirty as was the bathroom, extremely disappointing. Eclectic furnishings are fine but they have to be cleaned and free of dust.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in Unit 1 Northpoint. It has been a favourite choice of accommodation for a long time. It is close to Horse Shoe Bay beach and all restaurants and cafes along the main street. Private off street parking. Reverse cycle aircon; comfortable queen bed and 2 singles in the second room. It has all we need. It does over look the caravan park however at this time of the year it is quiet and when we have stayed in other seasons, we have never had a problem with noise.
