Unit 1003 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit condo with sleeper sofa, that sleeps 6. This 1050 sq. ft. condo offers oceanfront water views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen areas. You have your own private balcony to enjoy the 32 mile view from the 10th floor, in the 11 story, concrete and steel building.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable and laundry room.

The building offers both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sun deck, grilling area, private walk to beach, and outdoor shower area for guests. The indoor pool is open year round, in case of a rainy day.

Check-in is 3pm on arrival day. If you will be arriving between the hours of 9pm and 7am, you must let me know. Security cards are needed to access the building during these times. There will be a $75 fee if you enter between 9pm-11pm. $100 fee between 11pm-5am. This fee will be taken from your security deposit. Check-out is 11am on departure day. We ask that you be courteous of these times so we can have the condo ready for our next guests. The housekeeper is only on-site on Saturdays and will enter the condo after 11:00am.
