The ''Kokopelli'' is a true Ski-in/Ski-Out resort property. The ski lifts are a short elevator ride and about a 60-meter walk to the lift ticket offices, ski lift (the "Quicksilver" 6-person high-speed lift) and ski slopes. Maximize your ski lift ticket / passes by spending less time getting to the slopes and more time adventuring on Breckenridge's thrilling ski / ride trails - all accessible a short distance from your condo!

This corner unit located in the heart of Breckenridge, features 270 degree views of the SKI AREA, SNOW-CAPPED PEAKS SOARING OVER 13,000 FEET, BLUE RIVER/Maggie Pond, and the Victorian age town of Breckenridge.

Nicknamed the 'Kokopelli Kondo'' due to its charming southwestern decor, this ski-in/ski-out corner unit located on the fifth floor in The Village. The 1,459 sq. ft. of the condo (please see floor plan in pictures) provides plenty of space for large or combined families and small groups, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and all the amenities expected of a luxury resort rental.

The Kokopelli Kondo is nestled between Peak 9 base of the Breckenridge Ski Area, and the historic Main street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado.

Amenities abound

Your stay in the "Kokopelli" includes all the comforts of a second home, including a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dinnerware, linens, bedding, towels, furniture, and south western decor.

On-site health club (included at no extra charge)

Your rental also includes unlimited access to The Village Health Club located on the property inside The Peak Nine Inn. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM and the exercise room is available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The Village Heath Club facility has four (4) outdoor hot tubs for soaking sore muscles after a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have a heated indoor-outdoor pool, aerobic and weight exercise room (with treadmill and life-cycle aerobic equipment), large steam room, dry sauna, locker room, and showers.

Ski rentals, ski school and restaurants within the village

The Village at Breckenridge resort is home to two ski rental shops (Breeze & Christie Sports), 2 Restaurants (Sauce & The Pub), on-site Peak 9 medical clinic -- all located steps from the Kokopelli at Plaza level.

Walking distance to historic downtown

If you and your guests are looking to explore the historic town of Breckenridge, it doesn't get much easier than doing so from the Village location. If you want to venture out further than walking distance from the condo, guests can catch the Summit Stage Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Silverthorne outlet stores, & the Breck Recreation Center from a bus stop just 100 feet away! Please refer to the location graphics in our photo section for a better idea of how close you will be to both the ski area and to charming Main Street Breckenridge.

PARKING:

THE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS OUTNUMBER THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE IN THE ON-SITE HEATED GARAGE. THEREFORE, OUR ABILITY TO OFFER PARKING IN THE ON-SITE HEATED GARAGE IS STRICTLY ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS, AND CLOSELY REGULATED BY THE VILLAGE HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION.

If onsite parking is high on your vacation priority list, please inquire with us as to onsite availability. If on-site parking is not available during your requested dates, we will provide you with two (2) off-site overnight parking option locatiopns, which include the Town's Ice Skating Rink lot at $15 per night (~10 minute walk), or the least expensive alternative of the Airport Road location ($5 per night vs. $22 per night in the garage) which is accessible via Breckenridge shuttle system.

Please note that due to our location which includes close proximity to the ski lifts, town, grocery store, etc., bringing a car or frequent access to a vehicle may not be necessary.

SHUTTLE SERVICES:

If choosing not to bring a car, there are several dependable shuttle services from Denver International Airport. We recommend 4 Seasons Executive Car Service. 4 Seasons provides excellent, personal transportation from Denver Intl Airport to Breck. Your reservation includes an exclusive vehicle (SEDAN for 1-3 guests, SUV for 4-6, and VAN for 7-10) for a more personalized experience than a typical shared shuttle. Your driver will be ready at the terminal door of your choice at DIA, and will take you directly to Breck without additional waiting or stops. Call 1.303.435.389 for reservations.

You may also chose Colorado Mountain Express (CME), which has regularly scheduled service to and from Denver International Airport. For our guests, we offer a 10% discount when choosing CME shuttle services.
