About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 8

See Big Bear from a different angle when you stay at this beautiful home. Blue skies and green pines never looked as good as they do from this beautiful home, which has room for up to 8.

Perched on the north side of Big Bear Lake, this Fawnskin home brings new light to the San Bernardino mountains. And with the marina just a few hundred feet away, you'll likely spend most of your summertime stay fishing, boating, jet skiing, and more. During winter, enjoy beautiful views of the icy lake before driving around to Bear Mountain Resort for snowboarding and skiing.

Furnished with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a wood-burning stove, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Offering a comfortable living room, furnished with a leather sofa, fireplace, flatscreen cable TV, and even a telescope, you may never want to leave!

Whip up delicious homemade creations in the kitchen, which comes with everything you'll need from a refrigerator and oven to a microwave and dishwasher. Sit down with the family around the dining room table to enjoy your meals, and then stick around for a fun game night.

All eight guests will rest easy here between the three bedrooms, which have three more queen beds and two twin beds between them. There's even a sofabed available for more sleeping space.

The two other full bathrooms and laundry room are sure to keep everyone clean and dry after a day in the lake. WiFi is also provided, as well as board games and a table-size foosball set, keeping everyone amused during down time.

Although this quiet town can be quite enticing, there are more fun attractions across the lake in Big Bear. Magic Mountain houses a thrilling alpine slide, a water slide in the summer, and snow tubing in the winter. There are also mini-golf and a go karts. The Village has boutiques for browsing, eateries for family dining, and breweries for a fun night out. The Alpine Zoo is up near Bear Mountain Resort and offers fun for the whole family.

Rustic and charming, you'll have all the comforts of home and more during your wonderful stay here.

Cozy and perfect to Entertain

 • 5 of 5

8 of us stayed at this cabin and the open living room to kitchen area is perfect to entertain everyone at the same time. It's adult and kid friendly. The 3 full baths are the definite plus when multiple families are traveling! Beautiful lake view but still secluded enough to have peace and quiet. The cabin is beautiful and you can tell that the owners spent a lot of time detailing it for their vacation guests. There are instructions posts all over the house on how to use everything and that came in very handy from locking up, the TV, cable, heaters, surround sounds etc.......I definitely would stay here again!

Cozy and spacious!

 • 5 of 5

What a beautiful cabin. All of the rooms have very comfortable queen beds with their own privacy and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked. The 3 full baths are very convenient for a large family stay. Perfect cabin with a great view!

Could be a good place

 • 3 of 5

Big Bear Lake is a wonderful area to enjoy the out of doors. The house had challenges in that the main toilet was not working. When reported, maintenance came out and confirmed it was not usable but did not repair it so it remained unusable the full weekend so no convenient bathroom. There was not a gas grill present as listed in amenities. There is no lake view. The house is comfortable and clean.

Great Cabin

 • 5 of 5

We were very pleased with the cabin. Clean, spacious, classic "cabin décor", close to the Fawnskin Marina. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it! We're looking forward to coming back next year...

About Vacasa, CA - Inland Empire Local Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
