Percy Priest Lake is just minutes away where you can launch your boats, fish off the pier, rent boats or power water toys, or relax on the beach. Nashville Shores, located on Percy Priest, features summer water activities for all ages including mammoth slides, lazy river, and wave pools. Dine at one of the many marina restaurants and enjoy watching the fish and turtles swim nearby. Park your boat and come ashore to live music and entertainment all summer long.

It's been an exciting and full year of upgrades to this already amazing property with the addition of another King bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. If your guests find the steps to the 2nd and 3rd floors too difficult, they can now enjoy the Eagle's Nest (1st floor bedroom with king bed, tv and full bathroom). The twin sized Murphy bed, located in the children's playroom, still remains an optional sleeping spot as well.

For those sweet families who wish to share the beautiful Master suite with a couple of their children, we have added a set of bunk beds in the back hall and crib in closet. Private, but comfy for your little ones.

Fresh paint, updated appliances, commercial ice maker, new bedding and five new HVAC units have also been replaced on the property as well to provide you with year round comfort in every room. Expanded children's playground area, a fleet of seven bikes and scooters with helmets in many sizes for all to enjoy and the addition of a horseshoe pit, and pickle ball have been added for your enjoyment. In the attached garage we have added air hockey, indoor basketball shooting range, along with ping pong for those where indoor play is required.
