This lovely single-story home is just adjacent to Culver City, neighboring the best places to visit- Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Marina Del Rey. Just minutes away from world-class dining, shopping, and beaches, you can also access downtown LA in no time!

Comfortable and spacious, this home offers an abundance of natural light from large sliding glass doors. In addition to the living room furnished with cozy sofas to unwind, the home features a family room to rest easily while watching your favorite movie or reading a novel.
In addition, SeaRose also offers a space with a small table and seats, a piano, and a fireplace, perfect for afternoon tea or a game night with friends and relatives.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, double wall oven, and all the amenities you need to prepare a quick bite or cook a feast to share with your guests!

On top of the breakfast bar- ideal for your morning coffee - the home also features a lovely and bright dining room with seats for six people.

The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, luxury linens and pillows, a TV, and a private bathroom with a remodeled walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms have queen beds with plush linens, TVs, and one them is connected to the half bathroom.

The main guest bathroom has dual vanities, and a shower/tub combination.

Offering privacy with its cedar hedge, the backyard features a large covered porch with an outside dining set seating up to six people, lounge seats, and a modern gas BBQ grill. It's a great spot to relax, enjoy al fresco dining, and take advantage of the warm Southern California weather.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are also provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Parking space for two cars is available in the driveway and the garage.
