Three Bedroom Three and a half baths directly on the ocean

Renovated Three Bedroom, Three and a half bath townhouse in a quiet community directly on the ocean. The community has a beach and two pools. You are walking distance to several restaurants and the jitneys pick up outside the front gate of the complex. The complex is gated and has security though the area is very safe. Although a car is not needed I do have one available for reduced rent if desired. My property manager lives in the complex and thus is attentive and available. The casino and new Baja Mar resort are a mile down the road. The townhouse has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. It has everything you would have at home including all kitchen appliances and utensils as well as towels, sheets cable tv and wifi. The townhouse is owned by a law firm and the attorneys use it often as to there clients. With the new renovation the townhouse essentially has two master bedrooms as each has its own full bath.

Amazing Property - Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful time at this property. The complex is gated and safe. The two pools are great and in close proximity to the townhouse. The inside of the townhouse is everything we needed, spacious and clean. The community is on the jitney line and close to a variety of restaurants. All in all a great vacation.

5Stars - Amazing week stay with everything we needed.

Thank you for a fantastic location and the use of the house for the week. A special bonus was having the added use of a car during our stay. Although the jitney buses run right past the unit complex and go direct into town - the added flexibility of the car to drive everywhere was a massive bonus. We could come & go as we pleased.

The unit itself was fantastic and met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, there was access to free wifi, especially important when you have a teenage son travelling with you. The kitchen had all the utilities you needed so you could eat in or dine out. The views from the apartment were spectacular - loved it. The pool just a stones throw from the apartment was a favourite with my wife&son.

Apartment is also within walking distance of a few restaurants and there is a shopping centre with a Wendys & bottle store about 15-20min walk. There was also a Starbucks about 30min walk, but also all on the Jitney bus route.

Communication with Robert and George the onsite point of contact was fantastic. George was extremely helpful and happy to answer questions. The process of booking the unit, through to checking in, onsite assistance, checking out and return of deposit - all great.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend anybody needing plenty of space with the flexibility to eat in or out and the convenience of local stores as well as an option to rent a car - then look no further than Roberts place. With 3 separate rooms - plenty of space for a family or 2.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this property! It is right on the water (not directly on beach - it's on a beautiful rocky area) but the beach area is very close. The smaller pool is very close and the bigger pool is not much farther away.

The apartment has everything you might need: washer/dryer, beach towels, charcoal grill, nice patio with seating, wifi, ceiling fans in each room and even hot and cold filtered water! Save your money and don't buy bottled water. We didn't cook much but there seemed to be plenty of items to use in the kitchen.

The beds were a little firm for our tastes but it didn't detract from the stay. Bathrooms are small but worked just fine. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and snorkel gear. You can snorkel right from an area near the bigger pool. What a bonus!

The apartment is in a gated community with a security guard at the front most of the time. We felt very safe. There is a bus stop right outside the complex and it's only 1.25 a person to ride so very inexpensive.

While here we rented a charter boat (captained). It was well worth the money and easy to get to from the bus.

We brought food with us and that helped save money. Food at grocery store and restaurants is very expensive!

Robert was great to work with. He answer my numerous questions about the place and provided all the information we needed for the apartment and area.

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Nassau.

Lovely and Convenient

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront townhouse. We enjoyed the pools, beach as well as watching the sunset from the patio each night. It is in need of some minor repairs and updating which is currently being addressed by the manager/owner. It has a wonderful stocked kitchen for cooking meals. We wanted to grill one night. However, the corrosion on the tank valve and general condition of the grilling surface made us think twice. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus.

It is convenient to transportation, restaurants and shopping. The jitney stop is right outside the gate. Several restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed the Twisted Lime. A grocery store and liquor store is approximately a 10 minute walk. Well worth it!

Overall, a lovely townhouse in a quiet area on the island.

Owner's Response: I am glad you had a great trip. I replace the grill every six months however as the patio is a few feet from the ocean it gets bombarded by the salt. I will try and stay on top of that issue.

Great Townhome

Beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC! This beachfront townhouse has lovely ocean views. It is nicely appointed (especially the master bedroom suite) and is convenient to transportation, shopping and restaurants. The two pools on the premises as well as the Poop Deck restaurant also on site were perfect for the days we just wanted to relax "at home." We would definitely recommend this property, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Needs maintenance

The first few days the ac wasn't working great and stopped on monday. It was fixed on Tuesday. Also Monday night the 2nd floor bathroom cold water knob wouldn't turn off but with some struggle we were able to get it off and on Tuesday Maintenance guy put it back together but I'd assume it will break again. He was aware it had needed fixing from before.

On Tuesday morning the key pad lock for front door entrance stopped working so we couldn't leave until It was fixed. We were told he would come In the next half hour. After and hour I called and something had come up so the maintenance guy wouldn't be there for a few more hours. I explained this wasn't going to work and he said he'd be around in 20 minutes. Another hour went but he did show up with a new battery.

After that the master bath shower head came off but I was able to get it back on but it didn't work the same. Also the toilet isn't bolted down like it would tip over. My husband & I felt very nervous using this toilet.

Lastly the patio faucet isn't working properly either. We couldn't get it to completely shut off so it continued to drip onto the patio gathering a puddle on the patio which attracts a lot of mosquitoes. I mentioned this to Maintenance guy on Saturday & he said he knew about this and it needed to be replaced.

I'd would think it's easy to have the clean up crew wash the bath mats and kitchen dish towels. There are a lot of little bugs throughout the kitchen.

I do feel vacation time should have gone a little smoother than this. It's seems that someone is neglecting too many things at a vacation rental spot for it to be a successful rental property.

Owner's Response: The A/C issue was addressed immediately. This is even acknowledged by the reviewer. Unfortunately, although the A/C is maintained twice a year, tenants tend to overuse the equipment thus it needs a quick repair. The keypad battery should have been changed and we apologized for this issue. It again was addressed immediately. The shower head was inspected and worked fine thus not sure about this complaint. I have owned the townhouse for over ten years and never used the patio faucet. Thus, appreciate the notice of a leak. Notably, we have never had any mosquitos on the property. I apologized for the inconvenience caused but these were minor issues and does not represent a fair review. I have asked the tenants that tented in January to issue reviews as they had wonderful stays without complaint.
