Located on the edge of Maranduba in Ubatuba. Just 250m from the beautiful Maranduba / Sapé beach and 350m from the shopping center.

The house has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, barbecue, laundry area, yard and covered garage for up to 3 cars between medium and small.

The accommodation is for up to 10 people between adults and children, in the first bedroom a double bed and a bunk bed, second bedroom a double bed and a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Remember that although the house accommodates up to 10 people between adults and children, the daily rate varies in relation to the number of people.

The house is equipped with LED TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchenware, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room and individual covered barbecue for each home.

Bom anfitrião mas ....
O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos. Mas a impressão que tivemos foi a de que falta uma boa manutenção e preocupação com a estadia dos hóspedes. A geladeira não "gela" direito,os colchões de um dos quartos estavam úmidos e com um cheiro muito forte,os ventiladores são bem antigos e já não ventilam nada. O banheiro estava entupido,tivemos de desentupi-lo para poder usar ... Como a casa não possui uma boa ventilação também estava com cheiro desagradável. Enfim,minha experiencia foi em uma das casas,visto que o anfitrião possui mais casas no mesmo condomínio. O que me levou a fechar foram as boas avaliações lidas aqui,acredito que não tivemos sorte com a casa em que ficamos (casa 11). Minhas boa impressão fica com a atenção e gentileza do anfitrião Emerson,que durante todo o contato foi sempre muito prestativo nos dando varias dicas do que fazer em Maranduba.

Imóvel muito bom , tranquilo exatamente como no anúncio
A única coisa que não gostei foi a rua do imóvel ,muito ruim não tem asfalto e muito buracos. Comércio local deixou a desejar tudo muito precário e caro.
