This is a "long" short term rental. We are renting this property for periods longer than 30 days. We are happy to discuss rentals of 30 days or more and are open to longer term rentals of 6 months to 1 year. Please do not inquire for stays less than 30 days as we are not legal (by the City of Denver) allowed to do that at this property. We have a true short term rental down the street which is rented by the day. Please inquire if you are interested!

Welcome to this bright and cheerful remodeled apartment. We renovated this property with the VRBO traveler in mind. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Denver. The master bedroom is spacious and bright. The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying time with friends or relaxing between adventures.

This apartment offers an affordable option to visit Denver and explore the city. It is a garden level apartment in a large house converted to long term apartment rentals. A garden level apartment is not at street level but it isn't a basement either. It is somewhere in the middle with windows at street level. There are about 8 steps to get into the apartment from the private entrance. The apartment is bright and light.

The property is located minutes to all the great things Denver has to offer.

-Cherry Creek shopping area and Downtown are both 2 miles away.

-The Cherry Creek trail is a quick 3-block walk and is great for biking or walking.

-The Convention Center is 2 miles away

Denver has great public transportation. Visit the RTD website for routes and times.

One of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver, South Broadway (or SoBo as the locals call it), is a 5-minute walk. You’ll find great dive bars, 5 star dining and The Mayan, a great movie theater for independent films. There are also a handful of boutique clothing stores and our favorite ice cream store, Sweet Action.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, we have free, on-street parking. Usually you can find a spot within 1 block of the carriage house.

Q: Is the courtyard shared?

A: Yes! There is plenty of seating for everyone!

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) is allowed inside the property. People are, however, allowed to smoke in the shared, enclosed courtyard.

Q: What is the heating/cooling situation?

A: We will have an A/C unit installed during the summer months. The house has a main thermostat and we provide two space heaters to allow our guests to control the temperature more accurately.
