You'll enjoy the inspiring mountain views as you relax in the comfort of our townhouse.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds. The master has a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower & tub. Two other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower. There is a queen sized hide-a-bed couch available on the main level as well.

The living area has a fireplace and 55" HD cable TV with comfortable seating that looks out on ten-Mile Range and the Breckenridge slopes. The dining table easily accommodates 8. In addition, there is seating at the kitchen counter for another 4 to talk with the chef or have a casual meal or drink.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking and eating utensils you would expect to find in a home used for year around use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.

There is a half bath on the main level. In-floor heating throughout the townhouse makes for quiet and very comfortable living conditions.

Our deck is outfitted with a Weber gas grill and have a private hot tub just off our deck.

There is a attached heated single car garage.

There's no mistaking it that you're in the mountains when you're staying at our townhouse. You'll enjoy mountain views from every room. You'll quickly come to appreciate the convenience our location offers; both in the winter & in the summer.

In the SUMMER we’re in the middle of all sorts of fun. The Summit County bike trail is a short quarter mile away and provides access to the 55 mile network of hard-surfaced non-motorized trails throughout the area. The Breckenridge Golf Club is within a half mile, fly fishing in the Blue river is just a half mile away as well. Other nearby opportunities include ATV, horseback riding, hot air balloon, tennis, Alpine slide, shopping and picnicking to name a few – or throw some meat on the grill and enjoy a cool beverage with an incredible mountain view from your own deck.

In the WINTER we have a Free Private hourly shuttle that you’ll just love!!! Everyone can head to the slopes on their own schedule and you can forget the hassle of morning and afternoon ski traffic & parking. Our shuttle will pick you up & return you to within a few steps of our front door & has drop-offs at several lifts at the base of the Breckenridge slopes. Our central location allows you to easily expand your ski/ride options with Copper, Keystone, A-Basin & Loveland 20-30 minutes’ drive and Vail is 40 minutes away.

Other nearby Winter opportunities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, tubing, snow cat tours & shopping - or sit by the fire with a warm drink in the comfort of your own living room while enjoying our beautiful mountain scenery.

Beautiful views, beautiful place!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent time. The space was perfect for enjoying skiing, hiking and snowshoeing in the mountains. It was really nice to have dinner with a fire and hit the hot tub each night after a long day. I would definitely recommend!

Great space for the money.

We (3 couples) stayed for a long weekend of skiing. House was great, nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Hot tub was great, house was clean, and fire place kept it very cozy.

We were very pleased with the location of the house. Made it very easy for us to drive to all ski resorts and other activities. The house look exactly as the pictures,very clean. We had a wonderful time at your house. We defently recommend this house.
