The Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door to access the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9; or take a quick jaunt across the street to enjoy all that Main St. has to offer! It’s all at your fingertips here, as our motto is; “this is where Breckenridge meets the mountains!”

With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you’ll find it here as the Village at Breckenridge has it all! You can enjoy full valet services; an indoor/outdoor pool with four outdoor hot tubs and a fitness room with tread mills, weights and other equipment. Rent skis in the building too! Our unit is on the fourth of seven floors overlooking the Plaza where you will begin each day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sun rising over Baldy Mountain and the Continental Divide. In the evening you can relax with a romantic view of the town's festive lights. There is no place like Peak 9 Inn; and if you are looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo!

You name it, it’s new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New tile, carpet, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sectional sofa with a pullout, and a 40” TV to unwind after a long day on the slopes. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you’ll get, as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence.

You’ll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head across the street to enjoy the shops, dining, and other entertainment Breckenridge has to offer.

Why Mr. & Mrs. Van Der Sluis chose Breckenridge

We chose this property because it truly is located next to everything you come to Colorado to do. You can walk out back and get on the lift, walk out the front and you're steps from main street, or take the elevator down and enjoy the spa like setting in the hot tubs while looking at the mountains. If Breckenridge has it; it's literally steps away!

What makes this studio unique

We fell in love with our home away from home simply because the location of this unit can not be topped. It's literally 20 yards from the ski lift out the back door and across the street from everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer. To us, location and convenience is a must. We feel we found heaven on earth here!

Wanted to send you a quick note and say how nice our stay was at your place at Peak 9 Inn. The condo was great, clean and location was exactly what we wanted! Thank you for being so easy to book with and we look forward to coming back to Breckinridge again! Although not pictured, as of August 9, 2015 we had a ceiling fan installed. This helps immensely with the air flow as the studio units in the building tend to get very stuffy and warm during the summer days. Most units do not have these fans and they are HUGE help! We are also happy to provide concierge type services if you would like the fridge stocked before arrival, rental equipment delivered or whatever else will make your stay stress free. Additional fees are associated with these services.

Great Location

Very convenient to the slopes and downtown. Park your car after an easy check in process and walk everywhere you need to go. Unit is nicely updated and comfortable.

Terrific Ski In/Ski Out Studio

We only stayed one night in this newly renovated studio at the base of Peak 9 but want to come back soon. With a functional kitchen, stylish furniture and bedding, designer bathroom and a location that can't be beat, this place is definitely worth a return visit. The unit is steps to the slopes and adjacent to the restaurants and shops on Main Street in Breckenridge. Park your car in the garage below the building and you won't need it until you leave. Nick was incredibly helpful, answering several questions promptly before I visit. After we got home, I panicked when I realized I left something valuable behind, and he immediately jumped in and helped me get back my belongings. We were too busy hitting the slopes and spending time with family to take advantage of the building amenities (pool and health club) but definitely want to try them out next time!

Excellent Breck Condo!

Stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2018. Had an excellent stay. Owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive to any concerns. Super easy access to peak 9 and the surrounding Breck main street. Condo has good layout and all the essentials are there one may need. Would easily use condo again for return trip to Breck.

Please note there is a daily fee for parking in the winter months $20/night. It's free during non-ski season.

By booking through the VRBO payment system you consent to our Rental Agreement, which can not be uploaded to their site; but will be provided after your payment completes processing.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

If you are locked out and require new keys there will be a charge based on the time of day. Late nights are $25, and days are $15. However, if you tip the person delivering your new keys the fee will most likely be waived. Moral of the story, keep your keys away from your cell phone and you will most likely avoid this.

We do try and accommodate accommodate early checkins and late checkouts when possible. There is a fee associated with doing so; please inquire at the time of booking for information and rates.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows. However, we do try and work with people in the event there would be enough time to get the unit rented based on the time of year:

Cancellation Policy. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the following rules will apply:

• 25% deposit fee is forfeited if cancelled any time after booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date, the 75% payment (if already made) will be refunded.
• Within 30 days of Check-in Date, all amounts paid are subject to forfeiture.

Please note that we must enforce this policy as such, due to the nature of resort market rentals. In a resort market such as Breckenridge, our experience is that it is unlikely we be able to book the same days you have cancelled within 30 days or less.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
